Chorizo-Eggs & potatoes Burritos INGREDIENTS: 1 lb Chorizo 6 eggs 2 potatoes Flour tortilla INSTRUCTIONS : Saute Chorizo till cooked Potatoes in, stir to mex it well and let simmer. Stirring occasionally to prevent the content from sticking to the bottom and burnt. Once potatoes are done, stir-in the eggs. Once cooked, take it off the stove, let rest to cool. Wrap the cooked content in tortilla, and toast them in a gridle.
