Bún riêu/នំបញ្ចុកខួរក្ដាម🦀🦀🦀is a crabs and Tomatoes base broth infused with Lemongrass,  Galangal, Kaffir lime, and Five Spices mixture.  Seasoned with fermented shrimp paste and fish sauce. There are several varieties of bún riêu. Bún riêu cua, bún riêu cá and bún riêu ốc are much loved and commonly done traditionally among the  countryside where fresh ingredients are abundantly fetched from the wild.  Bún riêu is commonly served with assortment of seasonal herbs and vegetables.  Birria Tacos. Tacos assembly: Dip to coat tortillas in the grease and Slightly fry. Pile it with your toppings to your heart content  Toppings: Tomatoes  Cebolla cambray   Cilantro  Radish,  slice Lime wedges  Salsa verde / Rojo: Tomatillos  Cebolla  Ajo Salsa Rojo: Tomatoes  Cebolla  Ajo Chile de árbol . 2 Qts.  Chorizo-Eggs & potatoes Burritos  INGREDIENTS: 1 lb Chorizo  6 eggs  2 potatoes  Flour tortilla  INSTRUCTIONS : Saute Chorizo till cooked  Potatoes in, stir to mex it well and let simmer. Stirring occasionally to prevent the content from sticking to the bottom and burnt.  Once potatoes are done,  stir-in the eggs. Once cooked,  take it off the stove, let rest to cool. Wrap the cooked content in tortilla, and toast them in a gridle.
