Breakfast burritos
Chorizo-Eggs & potatoes Burritos
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb Chorizo
- 6 eggs
- 2 potatoes
- Flour tortilla
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Saute Chorizo till cooked
- Potatoes in, stir to mex it well and let simmer. Stirring occasionally to prevent the content from sticking to the bottom and burnt.
- Once potatoes are done, stir-in the eggs. Once cooked, take it off the stove, let rest to cool.
- Wrap the cooked content in tortilla, and toast them in a gridle.
