Wyola's Sriracha Chili sauce

1st step:
Let it break down for about 2 week or more, and stir once a day till ready for 2nd step.
  • 3lb/1½ Qt.  pulverized
  • ¼ cup Salt
  • ¾ cup Vinegar  (per 1½ Qt. pulverized chili)
2nd step: 
 After 2 week or more it's ready to be mixed with ingredients below. Best is to let it breakdown one day and ready to serve. 
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 Tsp MSG (optional for umami flavors)
